Before you buy
Is this really a one-time payment?
Yes. Your builder plan is a single card payment and its licence never expires. Core Premium, which is added to every order, comes with a one-year licence. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
How many sites can I use it on?
As many as you like. We do not count installs and there is no per-site tier.
Can I use it on work I do for clients?
Yes, and your client does not need their own licence. You can hand over a finished site without leaving a subscription in your name.
What happens if I want a refund?
Tell us within 60 days and we refund the whole amount. We will probably ask what went wrong, but you do not have to answer.
Which plan should I start on?
Basic if you build your own sites, WooCommerce if there is a shop involved. Ultimate is the lot: the Gutenberg block builder, the simplified client UI and composite elements as well.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Pay the difference between what you have and what you want, whenever you want. Nothing is time limited.
Do I need an AI agent to use it?
No. Agent Mode is optional. Plenty of people never turn it on and use Oxyum purely as a visual builder.
