FAQ

The questions we get asked most

Licensing, billing, and what Agent Mode does and does not do. If yours is not here, ask us.

Licensing

Is this really a one-time payment?

Yes. Your builder plan is a single card payment and its licence never expires. Core Premium, which is added to every order, comes with a one-year licence. Nothing is ever charged automatically.

How many sites can I use it on?

As many as you like. We do not count installs and there is no per-site tier hiding further down the page.

Can I use it on work I do for clients?

Yes, and your client does not need their own licence. You can hand over a finished site without leaving a subscription in your name.

What happens to a client site if I stop using Oxyum?

Nothing. The site keeps working. Licences gate updates and support, not the pages themselves.

Billing

What is the refund policy?

Tell us within 60 days and we refund the full amount. We will probably ask what went wrong, but you are not required to answer.

Can I move up a plan later?

Yes. Pay the difference between what you own and what you want, whenever you want. There is no upgrade window to miss.

Agent Mode

Do I need an AI agent to use Oxyum?

No. Agent Mode is optional and plenty of people never switch it on. Everything it can do, you can do by hand on the canvas.

Which agents does it work with?

Anything that speaks MCP, which currently includes Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex CLI, Codex Desktop, Cursor and OpenCode. You bring your own agent and your own account.

Does my site content get sent anywhere?

Only to the agent you connect, under whatever terms you already have with that provider. Oxyum does not add a service of its own in the middle.

Can I undo what the agent builds?

Yes. Everything it produces is ordinary Oxyum structure with normal revision history, so you can review, edit or roll it back like anything else.

Working with it

Will it conflict with my existing plugins?

Oxyum builds on standard WordPress post types, fields and templates, so the usual suspects — Advanced Custom Fields, WooCommerce, the popular SEO plugins — behave normally.

Can I use it on a site that already exists?

Yes. You can build individual templates or pages with Oxyum and leave the rest of the site alone.

Still stuck on something?

Ask us directly. Support is included with every licence, for the life of it.
